Q: Do You Deliver?
A: Yes, pricing is based on mileage
Q: Do you Tear Down / Remove the Display after the Event?
A: Yes, However, this is offered as an optional add-on, and must be requested at time of booking.
Q: What is your Deposit Policy?
A: Once you have accepted your quote, a 50% deposit is required to book
Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: We understand life happens! We kindly request 10 days notice for any cancellation. In almost all cases we are able to work with our clients to reschedule their event. The deposit is held and applied to total project cost when the event is rescheduled.
Q: Are there any Helpful Details I can Provide?
A: Yes! We will need to know the Basic Measurements of the display area along with photos from different angles including surrounding areas. If you just cannot decide on the Display Area, No Worries! We would love to come out and scout the event venue and help find the best location for your display. *additional fee applies.
Q: Installation Methods
A: Each Project and Location is unique, with this in mind we have a, "Whatever It Takes" approach to installation to ensure quality. However, in practice we are usually able to get the job done with items such as command hooks which are both strong and do not leave a mark when the project is complete. Remove your command hook properly here.
Q: How long do your balloons last?
A: The Pop of the Party uses only the highest quality balloons and materials, however, some may deflate or pop sooner than anticipated. We can not guarantee your balloons will last once they have been delivered or picked up. Environmental factors, including but not limited to, weather, children, pets, rough surfaces, hot or cluttered car conditions, and foliage can jeopardize the lifespan or our creations. WE will replace anything we pop in transportation or during setup.
Q: How do you Dispose of Your Balloons?
A: We only work with the best materials! Our high quality latex balloons are made from 100% natural latex, not plastic. This means the latex balloons used by The Pop of The Party are biodegradable, and will decompose over time in the same fashion as other debris commonly found in yards (i.e. Leaves, Grass, etc.) should the materials not be properly disposed of. With this said, The Pop of The Party recommends that all balloon material be disposed of during clean up after your event. The Pop of The Party suggests cutting your balloons into small pieces. This will allow the balloons to degrade at a higher rate and prevent larger pieces from being consumed. The Pop of The Party DOES NOT SUPPORT the release of helium filled balloons into open air, due to the negative impacts that can occur to other individuals, wildlife, and the environment.
